Discreet Packing

Your order will be delivered without known by anybody.

Our team will pack your order carefully one by one.

All the products are packed by our own hands. So that we can make the most attentive care for each order. The products are packed with a bubble sheet and place firmly in the delivery box protecting from slide or damage while traveling.
Each order will be packed as no one can find the content including our courier service. On your waybill, the description will be "Stationary" or "Clothes". If you have any preferable description, please state in the comment box during the order procedure.

We use a plain mailing box.

Our mailing box or cushion / poly envelope are completely plain and don't have our website logo nor url address. The sender on the waybill will be stated as "ROMIS". It will be sealed as strong as possible to prevent from revealing while traveling. We apologize that it might be a little trouble when you open it.

If you don't want your family open the box, we suggest to chose "Self-Pickup" for your shipping method. This way, you can pick up your order directly from our pickup points at Dhoby Ghaut or Raffles area, or any POPStation (Pick Own Parcel Station) by SingPost island wide.
